In the late 60's I was leading the house band at a club in Boston called Mother's.
Victor—who was going to Berklee at the time— starting sitting in and became the regular saxophonist in that group.
He was young, but exceptionally gifted.

Victor died at the obscenely young age of 35 but was so productive during his short life that he left us all a wealth of recordings. They're all still available. Go locate them. You'll be glad you did.
I enjoyed knowing and working with Victor and will always miss him.
