Joachim ('Wah-heem') Young, arguably the best pianist I've ever known, is pictured here in the mid 70's at his physical and creative peak.
Like many geniuses, Joachim had an incredibly self destructive nature and finally succeeded in leaving us in 1989. He was my friend and I'll miss him.
